End User Support Technician – IT Desktop Engineer

About the role

Join Datacentric as an End User Support Technician, providing daily IT assistance to employees in the Manila office. You will be the first point of contact for hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of workstations and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, analyse and resolve hardware and software problems on employee workstations.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems and application software across departments.
• Manage and close Jira tickets for local and global IT requests.
• Create, modify and deactivate user accounts in Active Directory, RTS and instant‑messaging platforms.
• Provide network, printer, and endpoint support, including password management and antivirus protection.
• Set up and configure workstations for new hires and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders and follow IT security processes.
