Engineering Manager, Software and Systems

About the role

The Engineering Manager will lead a high‑performing software and systems team delivering solutions for Hexagon Mining’s customers. The role combines people management with technical leadership, overseeing product health, architecture, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver agreed project outcomes on scope, schedule and quality.
• Maintain technical health, governance, documentation and development practices of the product or platform.
• Grow and manage the team’s performance, talent development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Sales and other functions to create valuable, maintainable solutions.

Required profile

• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably on complex, customer‑facing products.
• Demonstrated engineering leadership experience (people, technical or project leadership).
