Enterprise Account Executive – Banking

About the role

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic you will lead the introduction of Anthropic’s AI productivity SaaS solution to large banking organisations across Switzerland. You will work closely with GTM, Product and Marketing teams to shape the value proposition and become a trusted partner for enterprise stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new‑business revenue in the Swiss banking sector, owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract closure.
• Design and execute sales strategies that align with enterprise procurement cycles and budgeting processes to exceed revenue quotas.
• Identify and develop new use‑cases within banking departments, innovation centres and operational units, collaborating cross‑functionally to differentiate Anthropic’s offering.
• Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems—including executives, IT, procurement and administrators—to build consensus and secure strategic deals.
• Gather feedback from enterprise customers to inform product road‑maps and continuously refine sales playbooks and best‑practice templates.

Required profile

• Native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• 5+ years of B2B enterprise technology sales experience, preferably SaaS or emerging technologies.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and negotiating agreements within large banking organisations.
• Deep understanding of Swiss enterprise buying cycles, procurement processes and stakeholder dynamics.
• Passion for advanced AI systems and commitment to safe, ethical deployment of frontier AI in business environments.
