Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Adobe is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join its Enterprise organization in Zürich. You will manage relationships with major international and global enterprises in Switzerland, focusing on Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals and other regulated industries.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of large, multinational accounts, developing multi‑year strategies aligned with customer transformation agendas.
• Build and nurture relationships from operational teams to C‑level executives, positioning Adobe as a strategic partner.
• Orchestrate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales engagements, create value propositions, and navigate procurement and negotiation processes.
• Deliver against ambitious revenue targets with rigorous pipeline and forecasting.
• Collaborate across Adobe’s sales, solution consulting, customer success, professional services, product, and industry specialists to provide a coordinated experience.

Required profile

• Significant experience selling enterprise software, SaaS or digital transformation solutions in the Swiss market.
• Proven track record of growing complex strategic accounts and managing large enterprise negotiations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
• Understanding of regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare is highly valuable.
• Professional experience on the customer side is a plus.
