Ethical Hacker / Penetration Tester – Cyber Risk Services

About the role

Join a leading cyber security consulting firm to help clients uncover and remediate vulnerabilities before attackers can exploit them. As an Ethical Hacker / Penetration Tester you will work across diverse industries, performing security assessments on applications and infrastructure while developing your expertise in the latest testing tools and techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct penetration tests on web and mobile applications, as well as broader security assessments such as code reviews.
• Document findings in clear, client‑focused reports and present remediation recommendations.
• Contribute to red‑team engagements, IT risk projects, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Support business development by preparing proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and share knowledge.

Required profile

• Passion for cyber security and a desire to build a consulting career in application security.
• Experience with Capture‑The‑Flag events, platforms like Hack The Box, or bug bounty programs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.
