Event Design Coordinator (Remote / Europe)

About the role

We are looking for an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event‑related creative requests across Tether’s global teams. This remote role supports a fast‑paced environment, ensuring flawless deliverables for booths, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invitations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event‑related creative requests, clearly scoping deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, and brand requirements.
• Brief designers with complete specifications, manage multiple concurrent event workstreams, and track status to surface bottlenecks before they affect event dates.
• Review every designer deliverable for brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs.
• Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables in a shared drive with a consistent structure for easy reuse.
• Anticipate risks such as vendor lead times, print production windows, scope changes, and shipping delays, building buffers and contingency plans.
• Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, continuously improving intake and review processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
• Proven experience managing print and digital production processes, understanding dielines, safe areas, and color specifications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with sharp attention to detail as the final line of defense before deliverables ship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; fluency in Spanish or Italian is a plus.

• Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries.
