Event Intern

About the role

Join Cartier's office in Meyrin for a six‑month internship starting September 2026. You will work closely with the Events Project Manager, supporting the planning and execution of luxury brand events across jewelry, timepieces, and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating all event‑related activities from concept to delivery.
• Identify and negotiate with vendors, manage contracts, and supervise their performance.
• Create project timelines, monitor logistics, and ensure smooth on‑site execution.
• Support hospitality arrangements and post‑event follow‑up.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to align event objectives with brand strategy.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program related to Luxury, Marketing or a similar field.
• Available to start in September 2026 and able to provide a compulsory internship agreement.
• Fluent in English and French; additional Swiss languages are a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
