Event Manager

About the role

As an Event Manager within Nestlé Business Growth Solutions, you will lead the end‑to‑end execution of new product launches and geographic extensions. You will ensure that each launch is delivered on time, first‑time‑right and fully compliant, working closely with business managers, supply‑chain teams and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project execution from initiation to go‑live, guaranteeing timely and compliant launches.
• Coordinate setup activities such as master‑data creation, vendor and customer onboarding, and transportation route configuration.
• Maintain and update project timelines, flag critical milestones and proactively manage risks.
• Provide clear material write‑off analyses to support commercial decisions and minimise obsolescence.
• Keep the SKU portfolio accurate from activation through discontinuation.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance first‑time‑right order placement and overall ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional projects and managing product‑lifecycle activities.
• Strong understanding of master data, supply‑chain processes and operational readiness requirements.
• Analytical mindset able to identify root causes and drive process improvements.
• Effective collaboration with business managers, supply‑chain partners and stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Curiosity, empathy, learning agility and a performance‑driven attitude.
