Events Marketing Manager

About the role

ISS STOXX is looking for an Events Marketing Manager to join its EMEA marketing team. The role will spend roughly 70% of the time planning and executing marketing events across the region, with additional marketing duties during quieter periods. Fluency in English and German is required, and a third European language is a strong plus.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver marketing events across EMEA, handling logistics, vendor management, branding and post‑event reporting.
• Support broader marketing campaigns, create content and assist with digital activities when events are not scheduled.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.
• Maintain project timelines, budgets and documentation for all marketing activities.
• Assist in localising marketing materials and communications into multiple languages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with event coordination.
• Fluent in English and German; additional European language (e.g., French, Italian, Dutch) is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
