About the role
New Ventures Group AG, a Zurich‑based venture capital firm, is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This part‑time position (50‑70%) offers direct exposure to strategic decisions within a dynamic early‑stage investment environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support to the CEO.
- Organise and manage calendars, meetings, video conferences and travel logistics.
- Handle email correspondence, prioritise communications and follow up on action items.
- Prepare presentations, documents, contracts and other correspondence.
- Support internal projects and organisational initiatives across the group.
- Coordinate with business partners, investors, service providers and external stakeholders.
- Manage incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Assist in organising events, meetings and conferences.
- Perform general office management and administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Several years of experience as an Executive, Management or Personal Assistant.
- Highly organised, reliable and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and trustworthiness.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (Swiss German a plus).
- Experience working with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Enjoys a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
