Executive Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer (50% part-time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer at IWC in Schaffhausen. Working 50% of a full-time schedule, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of the Marketing & Communications department and provide high‑level administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a constantly changing agenda, coordinate appointments and prepare meeting materials.
• Plan individual travel, handle visa formalities and maintain an overview of team travel and holidays.
• Organise workshops, events and the Watches & Wonders trade fair presence in Geneva.
• Publish intranet articles and create/edit high‑quality PowerPoint presentations.
• Collaborate with internal assistance functions, the Richemont Group, the Implementation Manager and country organisations.
• Handle CMO‑office supplies and provide on‑site support during key events.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a dynamic, creative environment.
• Commercial training with a federal certificate; additional training in digital office management is a plus.
• Business‑fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing setting while maintaining accuracy and calm.
• Discreet, empathetic personality with strong interpersonal communication.
