Executive Assistant Trainee (Zurich)

About the role

We are looking for a flexible, service‑oriented Executive Assistant Trainee to support senior management in a fast‑growing blockchain and fintech environment. You will gain hands‑on experience with corporate governance, strategic projects, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks while working closely with senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and book business travel, including flights, hotels, transfers and visas.
• Administer travel expense reports and reconcile costs.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials.
• Prepare regular management reports, presentations and dashboards.
• Compile and analyse key business metrics and market insights.
• Take minutes, track actions and follow up on decisions from strategy meetings.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives and special projects.

Required profile

• Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Previous practical experience is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
