About the role
Mergero, a fast‑growing international M&A and corporate finance firm, is seeking an Executive Management Assistant to support senior leadership. You will work in a high‑performance, multinational environment, gaining exposure to business development, M&A processes and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedules and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, proposals and documentation.
- Organise travel arrangements and logistics.
- Support client and stakeholder communications.
- Assist with CRM and operational systems management.
- Coordinate projects, follow‑up tasks and day‑to‑day operational support.
Required profile
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
- Proactive, independent and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
- Previous experience in assistant, coordination, operations or project support roles is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong IT and office software proficiency.
