Expert Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

About the role

As an Expert Talent Acquisition you will shape Exyte’s future by sourcing, attracting and hiring top‑tier talent, primarily for the Swiss market. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and partner closely with hiring managers across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 360‑degree recruiting in a fast‑growing international company.
• Conduct end‑to‑end recruiting using active sourcing tools, database searches, advertising and social media.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Hold weekly catch‑ups with project teams and hiring managers to ensure efficient progress and resolve issues quickly.
• Chair interviews where possible and commit to hiring the best talent for the business.
• Generate recruitment reports and track metrics such as cost per hire and source effectiveness.
• Ensure a compliant recruitment process through the ATS and maintain accurate recruitment MI.
• Support recruitment needs in other countries when required.

Required profile

• Successfully completed degree or commercial apprenticeship in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Multiple years of professional recruitment experience (agency or in‑house) in construction, engineering or a similar sector.
• Knowledge of current recruiting market trends.
• Passion for recruiting with a hands‑on mentality.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Teams and preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Business‑fluent communication in German, English and French; Italian is a plus.
• Positive, collaborative, can‑do attitude when working with internal and external stakeholders.
