Field Clinical Specialist – German & French (Switzerland)

About the role

As a Field Clinical Specialist in the Advanced Patient Monitoring division, you will provide clinical expertise and support for innovative Hemodynamic Monitoring technologies across hospitals in Switzerland. You will educate healthcare professionals, support product adoption in surgical and ICU settings, and collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets through clinical support, customer engagement and close collaboration with the Sales team.
• Provide hands‑on clinical support during surgeries and ICU procedures, including product demonstrations and training.
• Support product launches, implementations, evaluations and trial placements in hospitals.
• Develop and deliver customer‑specific clinical solutions and monitoring concepts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities in CRM and company systems.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Nursing, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences or related field.
• Several years of clinical experience, preferably in Intensive Care, Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, Cardiology or Hemodynamic Monitoring.
• Fluency in German and English; French is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
