Finance and HR Manager – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a Finance and HR Manager to lead both financial and human‑resources functions for a fast‑growing international manufacturing company in the Lausanne region. The role combines strategic partnership with day‑to‑day operational oversight, ensuring robust financial reporting and effective HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including group consolidation under Swiss GAAP.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team to ensure accurate and timely execution of all finance processes.
• Act as a business partner to group and local management, supporting budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and cost control.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, tax compliance (corporate and payroll) and internal controls.
• Coordinate audit activities and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Manage and coach the HR & Payroll specialist, handling employee lifecycle, HR policies and payroll queries.
• Support ERP implementation for logistics and sales modules, aligning finance, operations and reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a combined Finance & HR managerial role.
• Proven experience with financial reporting, group consolidation under Swiss GAAP and external audit coordination.
• Hands‑on experience in ERP environments and implementation projects.
• Background in manufacturing and logistics operations.
