Financial Accounting Analyst

About the role

Join the Finance department of a mid‑cap European manufacturing group as a Financial Accounting Analyst. You will support multiple legal entities across Europe, handling accounting, reporting and internal control tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly closing activities, including bank and inter‑company reconciliations.
• Control, analyse and report inventory and accounts receivable.
• Implement and monitor internal controls.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in local GAAPs and IFRS consolidation reports.
• Adjust IFRS figures to local GAAPs and support income‑tax and VAT filings.
• Assist internal and external auditors by providing required information and responding to inquiries.

Required profile

• Confirmed accounting qualification (HEC, HEG or equivalent federal diploma).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance department.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP reporting.
