About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, tech‑oriented Financial Accounting Specialist to join a small, agile international company based in Switzerland. The position is fully remote and ideal for professionals who enjoy working across the full spectrum of accounting tasks while leveraging modern digital and AI‑driven tools to boost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Support and independently prepare monthly and yearly financial closings.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and ad‑hoc finance tasks.
• Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, or service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in a broad accounting role within SMEs or international environments.
• Full understanding of bookkeeping, AP/AR processes, and financial closings.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Strong digital mindset with interest in automation, AI tools, and modern finance technologies.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
