Financial Analyst – Private Wealth Management (Geneva)

About the role

The Private Wealth Management (PWM) team at Goldman Sachs is looking for a Financial Analyst to support relationship management and investment strategy execution for high‑net‑worth clients in Geneva. You will work closely with Private Wealth Advisors, monitor portfolio holdings, and help translate market insights into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Support Private Wealth Advisors in implementing wealth‑management strategies for PWM clients.
• Prepare marketing presentations covering equity, fixed income, and alternative investment components.
• Analyze equity and fixed‑income portfolios for risk and return characteristics.
• Execute portfolio rebalancing and trade support.
• Research internal and external investment vehicles for client asset allocation.
• Stay current on financial‑market developments and relay Goldman Sachs research to advisors.
• Collaborate with product groups across Investment Management to address client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; French or Italian language skills are a plus.
• Relevant experience in finance or investment analysis preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to varied industries.
• Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
