Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, business‑oriented Financial Controller to join our client’s Geneva office and work directly with the Group CFO. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, offering full visibility of an international multi‑family office’s financial engine.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic topics such as group financial structuring and transfer pricing.
• Support consolidation of financial statements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build and enhance high‑impact dashboards for top management.
• Provide profitability analysis for clients, bankers, and activities.
• Drive performance transparency and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Play a central role in budgeting, monitoring, and delivering actionable financial insights.
• Continuously improve reporting tools, processes, and operational finance backbone.
• Oversee purchasing and invoicing in coordination with external fiduciary partners.
• Ensure strict cost control, budget alignment, and manage revenue‑sharing calculations for bankers.
• Contribute to the optimisation and automation of financial workflows.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in a family office, wealth management or financial services environment in Switzerland.
• International experience is highly valued.
• Strong command of English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Solid accounting foundation and controlling experience.
• Excellent analytical ability to translate numbers into business insights.
• Good understanding of financial statements and consolidation principles.
• Curious, flexible, service‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and interpersonal skills.
