Financial Controller

About the role

Join Vacheron Constantin’s Finance Central Team as a Financial Controller and help drive the company’s Finance Roadmap across value creation, business partnering, data transformation, and people development. You will work closely with internal functions, international markets, and Group FP&A to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary financial partner for selected international markets, delivering deep analysis, forecast reviews, and performance monitoring.
• Lead the consolidation of market forecasts, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Improve financial communication channels and tools between headquarters and international markets.
• Conduct margin analysis, identify key drivers, and develop strategies to optimise profitability.
• Oversee stock financial data, review provision requirements, and ensure compliance.
• Support the Manufacturing Controlling team in streamlining transactional processes and building automated solutions.
• Lead and contribute to strategic finance projects that enhance efficiency and build a robust financial infrastructure for long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of progressive finance or controlling experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Proficiency with ERP and advanced analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, GCP, Looker).
• Interest in leveraging AI for financial insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
