Financial Controller (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Financial Controller to join our Bulle site on a temporary basis until May 31 2027. You will support the division’s financial reporting, budgeting and cost‑control activities while ensuring data consistency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly analytical profit‑and‑loss reports and perform variance analyses.
• Maintain and update financial databases feeding the division’s Business Intelligence tool.
• Monitor ongoing projects, analyse variances and manage the annual investment budget within set constraints.
• Track and analyse general costs for Logistics, Quality, IT and Facility Management departments.
• Assist managers in preparing annual GK budgets and explain cost drivers and deviations.
• Collaborate with Controlling teams on Excess & Obsolete inventory financial analysis.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses and provide support to internal stakeholders as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in accounting or industrial controlling.
• Fluent in French and English, with good knowledge of German.
• Autonomous, organised, with strong teamwork abilities.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude and discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
