Financial Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Senior Associate to join our Group Finance team in Bubikon, Switzerland. You will work in a fast‑growing international technology company that develops high‑precision motion simulation systems for aerospace, defense and automotive markets. The role offers immediate responsibility and the chance to influence strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis and long‑term planning across business units.
• Support evaluation of organic growth projects and acquisition targets, including business case analysis, valuation and due‑diligence support.
• Prepare financial analyses, presentations and reporting materials for investors, senior management and the Board.
• Assist with investor Q&A processes and ad‑hoc information requests.
• Analyse and report on business performance, profitability and operational KPIs.
• Provide the CFO with strategic initiative support, financing‑related analysis and other ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in FP&A, transaction services, investment banking, private equity or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
