FMCG Brand Art Director & Designer

About the role

International Brands is seeking a full‑time FMCG Brand Art Director / Designer to lead the visual development of its personal‑care brands across retail, e‑commerce and digital channels. The role combines creative direction, packaging design and performance‑focused marketing assets to drive shelf impact and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Own the visual and creative direction of multiple FMCG brands, ensuring strong market performance.
• Develop and execute concepts for packaging, web, social and print that capture consumer attention on the shelf.
• Build and continuously evolve cohesive brand worlds with consistent visual identities.
• Challenge existing approaches, improve workflows and leverage AI tools for faster output.
• Lead projects from idea to market‑ready product, managing freelancers and external partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Brands and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in design, art direction or a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating FMCG, retail or consumer‑goods projects.
• Proven ability to translate concepts into market‑ready packaging and digital assets.
• Hands‑on, fast‑paced mindset with ownership and a drive to improve processes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including UI and web design.
