FMCG Brand Art Director & Designer

About the role

International Brands is seeking a full‑time FMCG Brand Art Director who will own the visual and creative direction of its personal‑care brands. You will translate brand strategy into packaging, digital, and retail assets that capture attention on the shelf and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts across all brand touch‑points with a focus on market visibility and performance.
• Design packaging that is attention‑grabbing, brand‑consistent, and optimized for conversion at retail shelves.
• Create web, social, and marketing assets that prioritize performance over pure aesthetics.
• Lead projects from idea to market‑ready product, managing freelancers and external partners.
• Continuously evolve brand worlds, ensuring a consistent visual identity.
• Leverage AI and modern design tools to accelerate workflows and output.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in design, art direction, or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real FMCG or retail work and successful execution.
• Deep understanding of FMCG design, retail environments, and consumer behavior.
• Proactive mindset that challenges existing approaches and seeks continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including UI and web design.
• Experience designing packaging, social media, web, and print assets.
