Founding Designer (Product, Brand, and Growth)

About the role

Aeon is building a category‑defining preventive healthcare brand and needs a founding designer to shape the visual and interactive experience across product, marketing and service touchpoints. You will act as the bridge between product and go‑to‑market, creating designs that educate, build trust and drive conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑performing landing pages, booking funnels and campaign visuals that translate positioning into clear communication.
• Develop digital product experiences with strong UX fundamentals, including interaction patterns, information architecture and user flows.
• Create retention‑driving interfaces and communication flows that make complex medical information understandable.
• Design service and experience touchpoints across the full customer journey, improving clarity for patients and medical professionals.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems in Figma to ensure visual and interaction consistency across web, product, campaigns and service.

Required profile

• Design generalist with strong product intuition and a founder‑mindset.
• Experience in early‑stage startups (Seed to Series B).
• Mature visual judgment and strategic understanding of how design impacts business metrics.
• High agency, comfort operating across product, brand and growth functions.

Required skills

• Figma as primary design environment.
• Proficiency with diffusion‑based generative AI tools (e.g., Nanobanana) for visual production.
• Experience with web‑building tools such as Framer or Webflow.
• Advanced prototyping capabilities.
• Solid UX and interaction design expertise.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Fluency in modern generative AI workflows for high‑quality image and video creation.
