Founding Marketing Manager

About the role

Anthropos is looking for its first marketing hire to own and build the entire marketing function from scratch. Working side‑by‑side with the CEO and sales team from our Chiasso office, you will create the engine that drives pipeline, brand awareness and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run demand‑generation campaigns targeting enterprise buyers such as CHROs, HR leaders, CTOs and engineering heads.
• Grow organic visibility through SEO and AI‑assistant search (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity).
• Plan, execute and follow up on conferences, executive dinners and company‑hosted events.
• Shape Anthropos’ public voice and visual identity across website, blog, LinkedIn, email and sales collateral.
• Instrument all activities, report performance, discontinue ineffective tactics and scale successful ones.
• As processes mature, turn them into repeatable workflows and help build a future marketing team.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering marketing results in fast‑moving startups.
• Hands‑on operator who prefers doing over delegating and thrives on measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable working long hours in a high‑intensity environment and willing to take calculated risks.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Italian is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite in Chiasso with one remote day per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Claude Code (or daily heavy use of the tool).
• SEO expertise.
