FP&A Analyst – Retail & Corporate Finance

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to support our Retail and Corporate functions across Europe. The role sits within the EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis team and is responsible for delivering insights that drive financial performance and cost discipline at senior levels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce weekly sales and KPI reports for senior stakeholders and conduct month‑end retail sales and cost reviews with variance analysis.
• Prepare management reporting packs, highlighting risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for Retail, Corporate Overheads, Marketing and direct costs, consolidating the European P&L.
• Partner with Retail leaders, Regional Directors and HR to challenge assumptions, optimise costs and improve profitability.
• Support capital‑expenditure requests and business cases, providing financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Maintain Hyperion Planning and Reporting tools, ensure data integrity and support SOX compliance.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in Financial Controlling or FP&A.
• Understanding of the fashion retail business and ability to advise on growth opportunities.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field; CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills with finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Hyperion Planning.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
