Fractional CFO – Fundraising & Investor Partnerships (MedTech Ophthalmology)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to lead fundraising and investor partnership activities for a fast‑growing Swiss medical‑device company specializing in ophthalmology technology. The role is fully remote and focuses on scaling the business internationally through strategic capital raising.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a global fundraising strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with venture capital, private equity, family offices, strategic healthcare investors and institutional partners.
• Prepare investment packs, investor decks, financial models, business cases and due‑diligence materials.
• Lead negotiations, term‑sheet discussions and transaction processes from outreach to deal closure.
• Advise leadership on valuation, financial strategy and commercial growth planning.
• Support long‑term scaling initiatives across international markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Fractional CFO, CFO, fundraising advisor or corporate finance leader in med‑tech, biotech or healthcare technology.
• Successful track record raising capital for medical‑device or healthcare companies.
• Deep international network of investors in Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Asia.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Hands‑on approach with ability to operate strategically.
