About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Senior Customer Experience Consultant Trainer to join a global training initiative for a leading luxury automotive brand. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact learning experiences across key markets in Europe and the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑class and remote training sessions tailored to local market needs.
• Facilitate interactive workshops that drive engagement and participation.
• Engage confidently with client‑facing teams, managers and senior stakeholders.
• Potentially conduct Train‑the‑Trainer sessions to expand the trainer pool.
• Adapt training content to maintain global standards while reflecting local context.

Required profile

• Senior‑level trainer with extensive experience in the automotive sector, preferably premium or luxury brands.
• Proven track record in training delivery and workshop facilitation.
• Comfortable interacting with managers and senior executives.
• Fluent in the local market language (German, Polish, or Brazilian Portuguese) and proficient in English.
