Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist for Swiss Operator Business

About the role

Boost inc is expanding its operator business across Switzerland and seeks a proactive freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will own a dynamic pipeline of 10–15 positions, focusing on sourcing frontline talent, technicians, and merchandisers for markets in St. Gallen, Zurich, and Geneva.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for 10–15 open roles simultaneously.
• Design and execute innovative, non‑standard sourcing strategies (e.g., hidden communities, creative networking, competitive intelligence).
• Identify and engage passive candidates tailored to the Swiss operator market.
• Leverage regional knowledge of DACH and Romandie to ensure cultural and professional fit.
• Allocate 3–4 focused days per week to maintain high‑quality pipeline delivery.

Required profile

• Native German speaker with strong French proficiency; English is the company language.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects without compromising quality.
• Creative hunter mindset, constantly experimenting with new sourcing techniques.
• Excellent facilitator who can guide hiring teams through a smooth recruitment process.
