About the role

The reception team of the 25hours Hotel Zürich Langstrasse welcomes guests from check-in until they leave, and is looking for a Front Office Agent. The hotel works a 4-day week, with three days off each week and flexible organisation of free time.

Key responsibilities

Make sure guests are not just contented but enthusiastic
Keep calm and handle check-ins smoothly, even when many guests arrive at once
Prepare the shift and finish it with the front office fully cleaned up

Required profile

Hospitality training completed and some professional front office experience
Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Able to inspire both colleagues and guests, with local knowledge and tips
A doer who admits mistakes openly and brings character as well as abilities
