About the role

The reception team of the 25hours Hotel Zürich Langstrasse welcomes guests from check-in until they leave, and is looking for a Front Office Agent. The position is full-time but only four days a week, with three days off each week.

Key responsibilities

Make sure guests are not just contented but enthusiastic
Keep calm and handle check-ins smoothly, even when many guests arrive at once
Prepare the shift and finish it with the Front Office area clean

Required profile

Hospitality training and some professional experience at the front office
Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Able to inspire both colleagues and guests, with local knowledge of the town
A doer who admits mistakes openly
