Frontend Developer – React (Remote, Europe)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer specialized in React to join a partner company based in Switzerland. You will design and maintain modern, user‑facing web applications, turning complex product requirements into responsive, high‑quality interfaces. The role is fully remote, collaborating with designers, backend engineers and product teams across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reusable React components and UI using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Translate UI/UX designs into accessible, performant web pages.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams for seamless integration.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards.
• Maintain and evolve existing codebases ensuring stability.
• Implement automated testing with Cypress, Playwright, Storybook, Chromatic.
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, including component structure and state management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on frontend development experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote team.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑grade applications.
