Frontend Engineer (80-100%) – Zug

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to design and deliver responsive, secure, and high‑performance web applications that power complex financial and trading systems. You will work remotely while contributing to a new frontend platform that must stay scalable, maintainable, and easy to extend.

Key responsibilities

• Develop modern web interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Translate pixel‑perfect designs into production‑ready code.
• Contribute to the architecture of a reusable frontend platform.
• Ensure web security, performance, and reliability across the application stack.
• Collaborate with domain experts and other engineers in an Agile environment.
• Utilise Linux, Docker and containerised workflows for development and deployment.

Required profile

• Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Proven track record of shipping large‑scale frontend applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to implement pixel‑perfect UI.
• Portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing delivered frontend projects.
