Frontend Engineer (80-100%) – Zug

About the role

Our client, an innovative technology company, is looking for a Frontend Engineer to develop modern web interfaces for complex financial and trading systems. The role is based in Zug and can be performed remotely with a focus on building responsive, secure, high‑performance applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive UI components based on pixel‑perfect designs.
• Develop and ship large‑scale frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Contribute to the architecture of a new frontend platform ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with domain experts and engineers in an Agile environment.
• Maintain web security standards and work with Linux, Docker, and networking tools.

Required profile

• Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale frontend projects.
• Attention to detail and ability to implement pixel‑perfect designs.
• Portfolio or GitHub showcasing completed frontend work.
