Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Synature is a startup building autonomous smart microphones and AI models to monitor animal sounds worldwide. As a Full Stack Engineer you will help turn massive audio data into a real‑time map of life on Earth, owning features from design through production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features for the web application and backend services.
• Maintain and troubleshoot backend infrastructure, including Linux/Proxmox servers and cloud environments.
• Identify and optimise performance bottlenecks across the full software lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO, Head of AI and other team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of industry experience building robust, high‑functioning systems.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, self‑starter, comfortable with fast‑paced startup environment.
• Fluent English; German a plus.
