About the role

A family in Tannay seeks a full‑time certified nanny to look after three children aged 2 months, 3 years and 5 years. The primary focus is on the infant, while also providing nurturing support for the older siblings before and after school and activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily care for the infant, including meals, sleep, hygiene and stimulation.
• Maintain a safe, calm and stimulating environment for all three children.
• Manage structured routines and consistent schedules for each child.
• Support developmental activities and offer age‑appropriate educational play.
• Collaborate with parents to ensure continuity of educational goals.
• Assist with general organizational tasks related to the children.

Required profile

• Valid EU passport or Swiss work permit.
• Degree in early childhood education, teaching or a related field (strongly preferred).
• Proven experience caring for infants and multiple young children.
• Active, organized, self‑reliant and able to establish solid routines.
• Fluent in French or English; driver’s licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of or interest in Montessori pedagogy.
