Fullstack Developer (Node.js/React)

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (Node.js/React) to join a remote, collaborative team building large‑scale digital platforms that serve millions of users across multiple international markets. The role offers end‑to‑end involvement in the software development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using Node.js, React and related technologies.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs with a focus on performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Create responsive, user‑friendly front‑end interfaces.
• Participate in architectural discussions and help evolve micro‑service and service‑oriented designs.
• Write clean, well‑documented code following engineering best practices.
• Implement testing strategies to ensure software quality and stability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.
• Support API design, documentation, integration and optimisation across multiple services.
• Contribute to containerised deployment environments and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands‑on experience building backend applications with Node.js and Express.js.
• Proven expertise developing modern front‑end applications with React or similar frameworks.
• Full‑stack mindset with confidence working across both front‑end and back‑end.
• Practical experience with MongoDB data modelling and query optimisation.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch for search and analytics.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha or Jasmine.
• Familiarity with micro‑services architectures and containerised deployments.
