Fullstack Engineer – High‑Scale Ad‑Tech Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join a product‑focused team building the core Console experience of a global ad‑tech platform. Based in Switzerland, you will help translate complex backend systems into fast, reliable, and intuitive user interfaces used by advertisers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features for high‑scale ad‑tech dashboards and campaign management tools.
• Build and enhance user‑facing interfaces that support real‑time decision‑making and analytics.
• Translate product requirements into clean, scalable, and well‑tested code, owning features from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and backend engineers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to performance, scalability, and maintainability decisions.
• Optimize frontend performance, including rendering efficiency, data handling, and responsiveness for data‑heavy applications.
• Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
• Strong background in modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Experience delivering complex, data‑intensive UIs, preferably with real‑time or analytics focus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with a bias for shipping.

Required skills

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• React, Angular or Vue (and associated ecosystem)
• HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility
• REST or GraphQL API integration
• Frontend performance optimization (caching, lazy loading, bundle optimization)
