Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

As a Full‑stack Software Engineer at Cisco Meraki, you will help shape the next generation of wireless cloud solutions for enterprise customers. You will work in a fast‑paced, large‑scale multi‑cloud environment, delivering customer‑centric features that blend front‑end, back‑end and AI/ML components.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and develop new features for Meraki’s wireless products and services.
• Implement full‑stack solutions that integrate React‑based UIs, cloud back‑ends and AI/ML pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product teams on data‑driven functionality.
• Test end‑to‑end in simulated and real hardware environments.
• Support software quality, troubleshoot customer issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain CI pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience building rich web interfaces with React, Redux or similar frameworks.
• Background in server‑side development using Ruby on Rails, Python or Scala.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and the ML model lifecycle.
• Experience with relational databases and designing data‑driven features.
• Strong problem‑solving, testing, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, ownership‑oriented and able to work collaboratively.
