Gameplay & UI Developer

About the role

As a Gameplay & UI Developer you will help create engaging, polished experiences for a globally successful mobile game. You will work on client‑facing features with a strong focus on UI, animation, visual polish and core gameplay improvements, collaborating within a small senior multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve live mobile‑game features, ensuring high quality and player experience.
• Design and implement UI, animations, visual polish and core gameplay improvements.
• Create new meta‑features and expand existing systems based on player feedback and performance data.
• Maintain and refine existing gameplay and technical systems, addressing performance and optimization challenges.
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists and other developers to translate concepts into polished, playable experiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with Unity and C# on mobile games.
• Proven track record of shipping successful mobile titles and strong understanding of the casual mobile market.
• Creative, hands‑on approach with excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication (English) and teamwork skills.
