Gaming Category & Marketing Manager — Switzerland

About the role

Logitech is seeking a Gaming Category & Marketing Manager to lead the end‑to‑end marketing execution for its gaming portfolio in Switzerland. Based in Zurich, you will shape the consumer journey across digital, PR, social, partnership and retail channels while delivering a best‑in‑class experience for gamers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a 360° marketing strategy covering digital, PR, social, partnership, point‑of‑sale and localisation activities.
• Drive traffic to e‑commerce pages and optimise the digital marketing mix to increase sales.
• Create and manage POSM and local digital assets to boost retail and e‑tail visibility.
• Own marketing insights, KPI set‑up, ROI measurement and reporting.
• Collaborate with regional teams, category managers, account managers and agencies to align actions and achieve business targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in product marketing or brand management within consumer goods.
• Proven leadership ability and comfort challenging existing processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with influence across organisations and partners.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience managing P&L and growing product line profitability.
• Ability to analyse SKU‑level sales trends and develop forecasts.
