Genesis OR Consultant – Multilingual (French, German, English)

About the role

The Genesis OR Consultant supports hospitals and surgical teams by delivering both onsite and remote consulting services for da Vinci Surgery programs. Working closely with hospital leadership and Intuitive’s cross‑functional teams, the consultant helps launch, optimise, and sustain high‑performing robotic surgery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement best‑in‑class practices for robotic program standardisation, operational efficiency, cost management and block‑time utilisation.
• Design and deliver targeted Genesis OR consulting and educational initiatives for strategically selected customer accounts.
• Lead complex, multi‑layered consulting engagements, collaborating with sales, services, marketing and training teams to provide customised, actionable solutions.
• Develop deep expertise in Intuitive technologies, instruments and accessories, including troubleshooting and proper handling.
• Independently manage an assigned territory, balancing consulting engagements with administrative responsibilities.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, German and English.
• Proven ability to work closely with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organisational skills to manage territory and time effectively.
• Experience in delivering both onsite and remote consulting services.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of the da Vinci Surgical System and related Intuitive technologies.
