Global Accounts Receivable Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Global Accounts Receivable Lead to own and improve our order‑to‑cash process across multiple international entities. You will work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and clean ledger management.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the accounts receivable function for all subsidiaries.
• Manage the AR inbox, resolve queries, and clean up historic ledger issues.
• Investigate and clear aged balances, ensuring accuracy of AR balances worldwide.
• Review and improve processes for credit notes, adjustments, and revenue recognition.
• Oversee invoicing, set credit limits, and handle complex customer disputes.
• Provide financial analysis to support cash‑flow forecasting.
• Supervise a seasonal AR intern and manage invoice‑financing facilities.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with local tax/VAT/GST requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role with full functional ownership.
• Proven ability to coordinate the order‑to‑cash process and implement improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
