Global Manex FFP Change Delivery Lead

About the role

Lead and deploy the Manufacturing Excellence strategy for Formulation, Filling & Packing (FF&P) manufacturing, covering both process and people pillars within the Syngenta Production System. Partner with manufacturing leaders to build capabilities that drive transformation, cost efficiency, innovation, quality and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Syngenta Production System aligned to global FF&P strategy, balancing site/customer requirements with SPS standards.
• Translate business strategy into site Manufacturing Excellence roadmaps and build capabilities for process, system and people transformation.
• Partner with site leaders to deliver long‑term production plans improving availability, capacity, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Lead a globally distributed team, foster a culture of excellence and act as a trusted advisor.
• Promote change‑management and continuous‑improvement mindsets, coaching teams to embed new ways of working.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in a scientific or engineering field with strong manufacturing background.
• BS/MS in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Chemical Sciences or equivalent technical degree.
• Proven track record leading large, complex initiatives and building manufacturing capability.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder influencing and ability to remove blockers.
• Fluent English; additional language a plus; willingness to travel up to 50%.
