Global Marketing & Innovation Lead Oncology

About the role

As the Global Marketing & Innovation Lead Oncology, you will shape Nestlé Nutrition & Health’s worldwide oncology strategy. You will build an innovation pipeline that meets the needs of patients, healthcare professionals and the market, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate patient, healthcare professional and competitor insights into clear growth priorities for the global oncology portfolio.
• Identify unmet needs, white‑space opportunities and develop a differentiated innovation pipeline across the oncology care journey.
• Convert clinical papers, scientific abstracts and market data into product positioning and launch concepts.
• Partner with medical affairs, market access, R&D, regulatory, sales, digital, consumer insights and regional teams to create value‑adding solutions.
• Design and execute compelling global marketing campaigns, communication tools and launch materials for healthcare professional engagement.
• Share best practices, build trusted partnerships and turn complex insights into actionable plans in zones and key markets.

Required profile

• Proven track record in marketing and brand leadership, preferably in an innovation‑focused environment.
• Strong scientific curiosity and deep understanding of the healthcare market.
• Ability to use data, clinical evidence and commercial judgement to shape insights and product positioning.
• Experience collaborating in a matrix organization, influencing without direct authority.
• Fluent, confident communication in English.
