Global Medical Science Leader – Associate

About the role

Roche is seeking an Associate/Global Medical Science Leader to provide medical expertise in Breast Cancer. You will shape medical strategy, drive evidence generation, and ensure scientific communication with healthcare professionals worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute evidence generation plans, including clinical studies, Investigator‑Initiated Studies, real‑world data projects, and scientific collaborations.
• Generate integrated medical insights to inform market access and operational strategies.
• Lead collaborations with key academic and clinical experts globally to obtain scientific input for clinical development programs.
• Interpret clinical trial results and translate findings into value for HCPs and patients.
• Support product launch activities and contribute to the overall medical affairs network.

Required profile

• MD (highly preferred) or advanced life‑science degree (PhD, PharmD) with a specialization in Breast Cancer.
• Significant experience in medical affairs or pharmaceutical medicine.
• Demonstrated high ethical standards, strategic agility, and a patient‑centric mindset.
• Experience launching medical products or indications.
