Global PR Coordinator

About the role

As a Global PR Coordinator at Swarovski, you will help shape and execute the worldwide public‑relations strategy for one of the most iconic luxury brands. You will work closely with local market teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, impactful communication that supports product launches, brand moments, and celebrity collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the global PR strategy and related communication plans.
• Provide PR input for global projects, brand moments, product launches and licensing initiatives.
• Define and drive Product PR for licensing products and the Creators Lab, collaborating with relevant teams.
• Manage media partnerships in coordination with local markets, PR agencies, and media partners.
• Work with the Global Events team to leverage events for media coverage and key‑media relationships.
• Maintain constant communication with market PR teams, offering strategic guidance, tools, and support.
• Oversee global media monitoring, set up the monitoring platform, and manage the monitoring agency (DMR).
• Track costs and allocate PR budgets in partnership with the central Investment team.
• Support the Head of Celebrities and Talents on related initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Marketing or PR.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar international role, ideally within fashion or luxury.
• Strong relationships with editors, journalists, and stylists.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
• Innovative, creative, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with DMR (media monitoring platform).
• Proficiency in Launchmetrics.
• Knowledge of SAP.
