Global Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a field‑oriented, commercially driven Global Product Manager to lead and develop our worldwide product portfolio across all dental product lines. You will work closely with sales teams and distributors, turning market feedback into actionable product and business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the global product portfolio, ensuring clear priorities and strong market positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and distributors to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and support business development.
• Build trust‑based relationships with distributors, key customers, and opinion leaders, acting as the product partner on the field.
• Collect, structure, and analyse feedback from end‑users and internal teams to identify unmet needs and innovation opportunities.
• Translate insights into product requirements, portfolio recommendations, and development inputs with Product Development, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
• Support product development, lifecycle management, specifications, validation, risk reviews, and documentation.
• Conduct market, competitor, and portfolio analyses to guide positioning, pricing, and commercial priorities.
• Prepare and support product launches, updates, and roll‑out plans with value propositions, training content, and sales tools.
• Provide product training to sales, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Represent the company at customer visits, distributor meetings, congresses, and workshops.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience with international responsibility.
• Degree in dentistry with proven experience in technical product training.
• Mandatory experience in medical devices.
• Demonstrated success in a field‑oriented, customer‑facing, or commercially connected role.
• Strong ability to collect and translate market feedback into concrete product recommendations.
• Experience supporting product launches, lifecycle management, and commercial activation across multiple markets.
